I went on a vacation to Switzerland almost two weeks ago. I ate very while while there. We had chocolate, gelato, cheese, and loads of other delicious things.
I have been trying to eat extra healthy in the two weeks since I have returned to counteract all the delicious yet unhealthy food I ate in Switzerland. I have only been marginally successful in this endeavor. For example, yesterday I topped each meal off with a cookie.
I just got back from a trip to Switzerland. It was a great way to start the summer. The scenery is spectacular. There are spectacular, lush mountains and pristine lakes. The cities were clean and had beautiful architecture.
We saw museums, churches, gardens, cathedrals, an old library, a chateau, and many other delightful things.
It's another day and another pancake recipe. I obviously think you can't have too many pancake recipes.
I still have a few I want to try out. I saw a recipe for cream of wheat pancakes, ricotta cheese pancakes, and cinnamon swirl pancakes. I also want to attempt sweet potato pancakes and cake batter pancakes again. I made them in the past, but they were both flops.
